Your use of BodySnap is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these additional terms.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date above will change. Apple's Standard EULA controls if these terms conflict with it, subject to applicable law.
Free trial and subscription
- Where Apple offers it, eligible Apple Accounts may receive a 14-day introductory period. The $4.99 (US price) monthly price shown here may change. Apple confirms current eligibility, price and terms before you buy.
- If you accept an introductory offer and do not cancel under Apple's terms before the 14-day period ends, the subscription renews automatically. The rate displayed here is $4.99 per month; Apple confirms the applicable rate and any change under its terms and applicable law.
- Apple bills your Apple Account under its payment terms. Trial eligibility, billing dates, taxes and any price changes are governed by the terms Apple shows you.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through Apple before the applicable renewal deadline. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, subject to Apple's terms and applicable law.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings, including Settings, your name, Subscriptions. BodySnap cannot cancel App Store billing for you.
- Request App Store refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- We may change prices, features, access requirements, or the availability of BodySnap Pro, and may suspend or end services, subject to applicable law and Apple's rules. An app account and an Apple subscription are separate.
Your photos and service access
You own the photos you take or import and are responsible for having the rights to use them and for keeping backups. Photos are stored on your current device and in storage you choose. BodySnap does not currently upload your photos. Subscription status can affect feature access. We do not guarantee permanent access to features or preservation of local photos; service changes and data handling remain subject to applicable law.
Use, health and liability
BodySnap is a photo tool, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions. You are responsible for your use of the app and your content. To the extent permitted by law, BodySnap is provided as is, without warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the maximum extent law permits. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
