Your photos are yours.
Privacy Policy
Your photos are yours. They are stored on your current device and in storage you choose. BodySnap does not currently upload your photos. We do not sell Apple Health data or use it for advertising or marketing.
Who we are
BodySnap operates the app and website and handles the personal data described here. To reach us, use the contact form below.
Photos and device storage
Photos and alignment data are stored on your current device and in storage you choose, such as your Photos library or iPhone backups. BodySnap does not currently upload your photos. Apple may process copies through iCloud Photos or backups under its own terms if you enable those services. You are responsible for your storage choices and backups.
The app uses your camera, Photos access and notifications when you allow the relevant features. You can manage these permissions in iPhone Settings. Removing the app can remove photos and data held only inside its local storage.
Apple Health
If you enable an Apple Health feature, BodySnap reads Health data only with your permission and for that feature. We do not sell Health data or use it for advertising or marketing. We share Health data with a third party only as needed to provide a feature you authorize, subject to applicable law and Apple requirements. You can change Health permissions in iPhone Settings.

We may combine information where needed for those purposes.
Accounts and your choices
You can create an account with an email address and password. Account and sign-in information may be used to authenticate you and send necessary account messages. The website may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies, and the app may use SDKs, for functions, analytics and advertising measurement. You can control browser cookies in your browser and app tracking permissions through iPhone Settings, including App Tracking Transparency where applicable.
