Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose BodySnap and tap Cancel Subscription. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. When access ends the app opens view-only; the camera, Compare and video open the subscribe screen, which can also save every photo to Photos.

On the subscribe screen, tap Restore purchases; it is also in Settings > Subscription whenever no trial or subscription is live. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the BodySnap purchase.

In the BodySnap timeline on your iPhone. By default a full-size copy of each one also goes to your camera roll in the Photos app; in BodySnap, Settings, Save a copy to, you can pick a hidden album or no copy instead.

The camera-roll copies move with your photo library, through iCloud Photos or the iPhone transfer. BodySnap has no transfer of its own yet. Restoring an iCloud or computer backup of your old iPhone may bring the BodySnap timeline with it.

Deleting the app removes the BodySnap timeline and any photos stored only there, along with your journeys and reminders. Copies you saved to Photos stay in Photos.

The prompts need a starting photo to work from; before a journey has one, the app shows framing guidance instead. Spoken prompts are optional and off by default. To change the starting photo, long-press a photo and choose Use as starting photo.

Check that notifications for BodySnap are on in the Settings app, under Notifications. Reminder days and time are in BodySnap under Settings.
